• Drafting and reviewing contracts and written claims, related to the rental or sale of homes, real estate or vehicles owned or upcoming acquisition.
• Extrajudicial advice in a situation that affects your legal situation.
• Advice on possible court summons, providing information about its origin if you do not know it and advising you as soon as possible.
• Attendance at subpoenas as a witness, providing you with advice and, if necessary, assistance in court.

• Claim for personal or material damages that you, your family or your property have suffered.

With the extended modality of this coverage, in addition to the guarantees described in the previous section, we offer you services such as claims for damages that your family members may suffer in situations of harassment, sexual abuse, or bullying; defense in cases of workplace harassment or business mobbing; and defense against sanctions imposed by the Public Administration for alleged administrative infractions.

With the Insurance Family legal protection, you will also protect the rights related to your home, since we will manage situations such as:

• Claims for damages caused by third parties to your home and your property, and to your neighbours for non-compliance with legal regulations due to noise or annoying or dangerous activities and, if you are an owner, in case of conflicts over easements, lights, boundaries and the like.
• If you are a tenant, we will protect your interests due to conflicts arising from the rental agreement.
• Claim for breach of repair or maintenance services, or main supplies contracts, related to your houses.
• Claim in case of illegal occupation of your home.

With this option, you will expand the previous coverage, including the possibility of making claims for breach of contract for works carried out on your house or the sale of the house involving seller, or defense against actions of property-related mobbing.

With this optional coverage, we will reimburse you for the expenses derived from a judicial divorce proceeding, up to the limits established in the policy and according to the established waiting periods.
